I am considering buying a TA-06 Pro for a summer racing series in a parking lot.
- How does the TA-06 perform on low-medium traction asphalt?
- Does high heat/humidity affect it any more/less than other TC?
- Are there any problems with debris getting in the belt/pulley system?
- Any thoughts on "must-have" up-grade parts? I've seen mention of a "chassis stiffener" but I'm not sure where it installs. If it limits flex, it may not be useful to me on the outdoor asphalt.
My plans include purchase of some spares such as:
- C-hub carriers,
- steering uprights,
- suspension arms.
Are there any spares that are likely to break on hard hits that I have missed?
There is no LHS associated with the series so I have to bring spares. I do have a LHS kind of near home and mail-order, of course.
