I am still running my FT TC4 since about 6 months after they were first released.

To be honest I had no idea I would ever run this car or any car for this long but it has remained competitive until very recently.

Parts are readily available and the driveline is very reliable if you use the HD nylon gears.

Running brushless 10.5 boosted and 13.5 boosted I have had no issues with torque effects and last year I still managed a few podiums and a first place.

I have been keen to get a new car but come the start of every year it is cheaper to buy another $50-100 in parts and keep racing with the TC4.

Given how economical the car is not to mention competitive as a RTR bigginer car I see no reason and hope AE keep producing the car for quite some time to come.

On a side note with the new weight rules we have locally 1350g the car is way too heavy. I need to find a way of loosing another 80g or move on to another car.

Would anyone happen to know what the weight difference is with the ITF chassi.
