No problem. You can try the 84 and see but it would act similar as going up to a 21 on the pinion. Do you actually know how hot it is getting? Below 160f is ok. 160F feels very hot to the hand and most people automatically assume it is to hot. Pick up a cheap little temp gun to verify.
