if you could post some pics of the car someone may be able to spot what's wrong. I know there are times when I'm sure everything is correct then you look again later and realise you've put one of the pins in the incorect hole etc
I got it down to a 0.25mm difference from the 2 sides. The problem was that the 0.5 mm spacer for the roll center was acting like a spring and I needed to overtighten the high side to bring it to the same level. Funny how such a small space difference on the inside of the arm can have such a large impact at the hub. I couldn't even see that there was space all I know is that I was still able to turn the bottom screws even though they already felt tight.
