I love this thread, but it seems like there's an awful lot of time devoted to part numbers instead of racing technique. And maybe that's the point. Improving your racing is something that, for the most part, can't be learned by reading.
Well, this IS the B4.1 thread... not "Skillz 101".
When GT5 came out i opened an online lobby and called it 'Skills 101'. It was fairly popular for awhile. Me and a friend of mine always took 1st n 2nd place and we always used GT300-500 class cars or Vettes. Gradually people stopped coming. Then it got boring. No one likes to lose.
The point is... you gotta put in your wheel time. It doesnt matter if its RC, console/PC, or full scale cars. If you arent willing to break a few parts or finish last to find out you AND your cars limits... youre never gonna be fast.
