This probably isn't the answer you want...but I would not skimp on tools, esp. hex drivers. Nutdrivers and screwdrivers, well, anything will work (I have the Dynamite nut drivers).
I bought a set of integy hex drivers a few years ago and spent about $25 on them. They are not terrible, but I had to replace the tips on them quite a few times. I think the tips were like 6 bucks a piece, so after replacing them a few times, it adds up. I also stripped the heads on quite a few screws, and had the pleasure of trying to cut a slot in them so I could use a screwdriver to get them out.
Last year I bought a set of MIP drivers ($60) and let me tell you...the difference is night and day. Haven't stripped a screw head yet.
I guess the point is..it's probably cheaper in the long run to get a decent set from the get go.
