what i was told was everytime you feel yourself getting angry pray god take this away it is not of you. got will help you get through it. and slash a heavy bag wont help anything its a temporary fix trust me i know, owen i learned from training for mma that breathing helps take slow controlled breaths it gets your heart rate down and takes your mind off of that person and put it on trying to control your heart rate
