1.Yes, Receiver is bound to transmitter. I have the flysky gt3b so I tested the esc with a different receiver module off my sct.

2. Trim is set to neutral position and esc is plugged in correctly in ch 2.

3. I've went to the website and as read the drivers Ed guide included inside the box. When I flip the unit on, it doesnt seem to power up correctly. Instead've blinking and beeping, it just lights all three colors with a faint lightly. Servo still moves quickly but esc just sits there. From off to on by flipping the switch just leaves me at a three low lighted state.

4. It was a combo package, 6900kv 1406 series CC

5. Batteries are full.

It was working perfectly until I tried to enter progress manual program mode to set brakes, punch mode and etc. As I was doing that, I failed to enter the mode and keep getting the throttle syncing. Synced the device for like the fourth time and turned it back off to try again. I flipped the switch to nothing but these three low lights. Thinking wtf, I turned it off and back on without holding throttle and three low lighted lights still appear(no beeps or anything). Turn off and back on holding throttle, the same result occurred. No beeping or flashes, just all three lights on with what looks like very low powering.
