A couple questions first.

1. Is the receiver bound too the transmitter

2. Is the throttle trim set at close too zero on the transmitter?

2. Is the SV2 plugged into the throttle channel of the receiver correctly with the brown (-) wire towards the outside of the receiver

It should go into programming mode as soon as you flip the switch

4. What kind of motor are you using ( brushed or brushless)?

5. Is your battery fully charged ?
