Using the car as USVTA with spec tires which have plenty of life left.

I rebuilt the front ball diff which didn't seem to help but before i tear the back one apart I was hoping someone had experienced a similar problem and figured out the problem.

Do I need to rebuild the rear diff or tighten it down?
The belts are a little loos but work fine - should I replace them?
