Probably room for an on road, but to do it right is EXPENSIVE. They don't give away site work and Asphalt.

Absolutely true!!! My vision was to have an indoor offroad track as well as a carpet track and a paved outdoor track. The plans I had drawn up would have put the facility on the same level as some of the famous tracks out in Cali, but the expense for just the indoor tracks, scoring system and required pit space construction for a facility that size became way to cost prohibitive to be a lucrative fulltime buisness that would be self supporting and also alow me to collect a liveable salary. Now add in the cost of inventory, rent, utilities, taxes, insurance, ect.... and it just priced itself right out of consideration.
