.....And just to add, build structure first and keep applying the rules every chance you get.....Plus one key thing.... Marshalling plays a BIG roll and how things move along and can get you out of there at a decent time and maybe hold practice at the end of the day, if extra time allows......
..... Your not going to make everybody happy come race day but with having the game plan in place, will create order and maximize the time on the track....
