The associated gear diff works fine, even if a tad smaller in diameter. Note that the "valley" of the teeth on one side of the diff gear does not go down as far as the "valley" of the other side. Because of this, you will likely have to shim it to one side to make sure the diff gear and idler gear mesh correctly. It seems to me that if you put the side of the gear diff with the screws facing the driver's side of the buggy, it seems to fit/mesh better. 2,000 weight associated oil is a good place to start.
