Yeah what Stefan says is totally correct. In accord to Hipex the brand that he mentioned are allowed to mark the 2069 pipe with their different logos.
The EFRA number is the same so the pipes must be the same. You can only change the connection ring (for example Picco has a different gasket so it needs a different shape on the ring) and some few things but always staying in the homologation tollerancies.
