Download this and it will explain everything clearly - XRAY T3 Setup Book

Although the setup guide is not for TT01 in specific but it will give you a general idea about setting up a R/C Car.

The TT01 can be made into drift simply by changing the Tires to 'Drift-Type'. For further drift performence, you can adjust the suspension characteristics via changing shock springs or upgrading to shocks which can adjust it's dumpening effect. Locking of front or rear differentials will also significantly change the drifting characteristics. There is no real specific setup for the TT01 to be operated on all tracks however I will explain further if you would like to know a my Drift Setup for TT01 which performs generally well on all surface and conditions.

For Touring(Race) setup, you do not have to bother much as the TT01E is built for stock racing and further investment to upgrade it pose no significant benefits, the money spent would be a better investment if you were to get a better car instead such as the TA05 or other well known brands and models for Touring use.
