I fitted RPM Arms to the rear, Ball Diff (Associated) and non associated rear hub carriers. Now I matched all components up and they all appeared to be the same shape/size etc. So now a few questions.
Why do the dog Bones fall out of the hubs now?
Is there a need to fit longer CVD's to the truck to stop this?
If so what is the part number?
Anything else I should know?
Must say Associated have let me down with this truck. Both metric and Imperial fastners?? (WHAT THE?)

My bones started popping out too, but I did RPM's from the start so didn't no they could have been the cause. Maybe they are a tiny bit longer.
I think the best thing to do is just upgrade to the CVA's, but if you want to save the cash you can try adding two o-rings inside the outdrive so that the bone can slide as far. I did that as a quick fix and it got me by till I got the CVA's
