The only thing it doesn't say on that sheet is the rear toe block. I set my truck up to this Tuesday night. Out track was dry, slight dust hard pack dirt/clay mix. Some bumps here and there. Ran 3* rear toe with .5 hubs though. My truck was WAY oversteering with a silver/3hole/30wt front and green/1hole/30wt rear before the change. Holeshot rears and ribs on front. The rear was very sketchy, and slid out easily on a long 180*sweeper corner. After the change to the Ryan setup( minus my hubs&toe) the rear is locked in solid with a slight push. Alot easier to drive fast and no more rear end sketchy feeling. I don't know if it was actually faster though as i didn't have the transponder system on at the time. I will find out this weekend though. Just my 2 cents on how it drives.
