You probably won't need to change the gasket, but the o-ring tends to expand, so you will want to replace that or I've heard some guys just run a bead of green slime around that o-ring area and omit the o-ring entirely. I've seen a couple of my friends cut a small section out of the o-ring to re-fit it. Personally, I'd just put in a new o-ring.
