I think it would be great if a hobby shop track would have a spec tire class ... I dont have the funds to have a bucket full of tires, if I new everyone in the class had the same tires I would be more inclined to run that style rc just for the spec tire reason.
It's a good idea to a point. IT helps keep the playing field fair. I like it but don't at the same time. I don't feel like going out to buy new tires cause a track says I have to compared to running a tire I know works with my driving style.
