I have ran blockades. They are ok. Pretty much what everyone is saying. Its a really high bite surface when watered. The blockade is good when dry or would probably be when the track is new and smooth. I would have hole shots too though. You can also get away with a harder compound. If you had something in m2 or medium I bet it would be just fine. Personally feel soft grids is the best option though.
