Almost any spur gear will work just add two more holes with a hand drill. There will be at least two holes that will line up and that should be all you need so the spur spins true to the pulley. You can drill the holes way over sized just so it will fit and the two holes that do line up will keep everything true!

P.S. there is one issue, if the spur is too thick then this can be a problem, I just left off the spacer for the thicker spurs. So, any thin spur gear will work.
