Ive had the same problem with mine with the offset and none offset ball studs. I think it might be the Integy tool since that what Ive been using.
The Integy tool seems to be off about +~- .5 deg ..or so ... not something to worry about.. but what I do in the Rear of the Car when using the offset balls is I only use 2 of them vice 4 of them in the rear and I leave the adjustable ones in the back with the standard black ones up in the front of the Rear a-arm
