I was thinking about doing the same thing for my servo as well. I just don't like the idea of drawing from only 1 battery and unbalancing the load. if you are planning on running 4s you could wire the batteries in series for the esc/motor like you normaly would, and then have a secondary circuit wired in parallel to power the servo. that way you would draw from both batteries. I have heard about some guys plugging into the balance tabs for servo power.
