Is it AAC construction? If it is , just glue sleeve in crancase and all your problem will disappear. Please don't ask me how to take it later-I have no idea, but you burn the hole in piston due to the issues which any AAC conventional desing engines have (please read my posts above). If it is ABC, above principals will not help, it might be different reasons. Give more dscription of your problems and I am sure someone will give you clue.
