If I am thinking correct the motor rotation torque is throwing weight forward? So the idler would move it back?
Team Losi drivers here run their trucks run ride height at 27mm. This helps them jump! Sounds like a little thing but it does give the truck more hop. Makes the SC10 flip over all the time though.
