i dont run TC any more so probably not so much help on setup.
if no boost is allowed run mod software,if boost is allowed run stock 211 software, i used to start boost around 7,000 rpm (depending on car/gearing any were from 20-40 boost) any lower i found it bogged the motor if a fair bit of boost was used (10.5 turn) timing acc was around 450-500
and turbo was .01 delay and any were from 10-24.

basic run down (if iam wrong others will correct me lol)

BOOST= if adding boost the settings work like this
eg.
start rpm 7,000
boost 20 deg (not sure if this is acctaul degrees or just points as you have 64 deg or points you can seperate between boost turbo)
timming acc 500 rpm per volt

basicly at 7,000 rpm boost will start (start rpm)
every 500rpm 1 deg/point will be added to boost (timming acc)
so every 500rpm if 1 deg is added and you have a total of 20 deg,all 20deg will be added by 17,000 rpm

TURBO=
turbo timing 10deg
turbo delay .1
turbo slope 10 units per .1

once all boost is used (so with my eg at 17,000rpm) if you have the throttle held full for .1 of a sec (turbo delay) turbo kicks in
since we have 10 deg turbo it will drop those extra 10 deg in, in .1 of a sec (turbo slope)

been awhile so there mite be a few new changes but that a basic explanation how it works
