Clean the screw and threads in the shock shaft with contact cleaner (or similar). Let it dry.
Apply threadlock to the screw, and threads. Let it set a while.
Re-apply threadlock, and assemble the shaft/washer/piston/screw.
Leave it over night, or until it cures, then build your shock.
