i need some help guys!

i purchased the rtr version of the truck so i'm not sure how this thing goes together. can someone please tell me how to remove the servo to put a new one in. i've started to take it apart and from what i can tell i've got to basically take the whole front end apart just to remove the servo. is this right or is there some type of short cut i'm missing? also is there a step by step pictoral perhaps?
