4x4 stampedes are great...but FOR A MONSTER TRUCK, not durable enough. With an E-Maxx your not really looking at top speed... just nice basher torque. As for HPI savage, great monster. You will not be disapointed. However the last guy was corect about the HPI parts. Not many shops got em. So its up to you. Personally, 4x4 pede all day.
