No sharp edges? I thought the cooling head is the same on the 2nd version. Only the case and o-rings are different?

Just looking at it now.. It seems like the Arrow carb needles will fit into the OS body... I know people have been complaining about the new short needle carb on the xzb.. Maybe you could transplant the arrow needles into the xzb carb?
