I use the stacked "craft" bin type things, 3 or more drawers in a rack, for the pit table. While the cars not being used are on a shelf or the floor or wherever.
If your asking as how to pack all the stuff to take with you each time you go to the track(s)?
Pit bag (many models to choose from) + Bungees + 3 Box bag (Trinity/AE/Others) + several trips back and forth from car to pit area
In general I use seperate Plano type parts boxes = each specific for useage.

Shock/Servo:
Electrics:
etc etc ... a couple larger ones for plastics like arms and such
