I've been running brown/green forever. And I actually improved on my fastest lap by a whole second today with those springs. I know some people go stiffer springs when there is more traction. What are the benifits to that? Should I switch mine up? I have the whole AE spring kit.
Thanks!
In theory, with the same moment arm contributing force from the chassis, the stiffer spring won't allow the chassis to roll as much but it will offer a higher ceiling for a force counteracting the roll. Basically what that means is you can start working on roll center to increase the chassis impact against the spring.
