I've been on the phone with tower before.... ended up being a waste of time....
I bought a few packs of some laydown brushes.. when I got them, in the package was one laydown brush and one standup brush.... I tried to tell her they need to check the ones they had.. after I sent the ones I had back and got the new ones.... same problem....
so obviously they didnt check on it.. just grabbed some without even looking at them...
