It's not really a blanket statement. Guys have tried a lot of different pipes over the years, and have consistently gone back to the 2013/2057/2058. A lot of other engines seem to work well with these exhausts as well. B5/2013 or 2058 for truggy, b6/2058 or 2057 for buggy, and you'll be all set.
I guess it's splitting hairs, but no matter how many pipes have been tried, unless someone has tried the particular pipe I listed, it's a blanket statement.
