Seriously if you are completly new to pancar (and it seems you are) then i would not start with a 3.5t. A 13.5t or 10.5t and 2s is more then enough then. You will not be too happy trust me. It doesn't mean that dedicated pro10 modified cars can't handle a 3.5t as i know they can but your setup and driving skills aren't up to the task of handling that car. A pancar can go as fast as a driver can handle.
anyway... set 1.5-2 degree camber both wheels. After driving look how the tires wear. As a guide, when the tires wear cone shape then adjust camber accordingly so the wheels wear flat. Usually one side needs more camber then the other side. That is ok as long as both sides wear flat. Before driving tweek the car with the coin trick so the pressure on both front wheels are the same.
Set ride height to at least 6mm both front and back and cut off the exces bodypost
