I've seen my fair share of bazookas and still see quite a bunch of newbs starting out with the car and i must reckon that its not "as bad as" some people make it sounds. i would understand that someone who dropped loads of $$$ in a kit (that would include myself) will refrain from saying that something that is cheaper than their own engine could be descent but the truth is that they are pretty descent. if they didn't exist a lot of skilled racers in my area wouldn't even have started the hobby. they are certainly not the best money can buy but they are far from the worst.

that being said the worst rc i had the chance to lay my hands on is the acme condor pro. i could bend the shock towers with my bare hands. the buggy never finished a run in one piece
