Yeah, I guess so. But they weren't desperate to change it right away. It took several emails explaining the problem and trying things before I was asked to post it across. So maybe they are aware that some units are messed up but always trying to resolve things first and if nothing helps offer service test. Maybe this is the way to pretend everything is okay and keep the brand name unstained but we all know where the electronic components come from right?
