First night racing with the yellow hobbywing 17.5 combo in blinky..things went well..i set TQ the first round and re-set TQ the 2nd round with a win in the main wich also clinched the first half winter points series for me..Yeah nothing at all wrong with this system..very smooth and easy to drive with..I didnt have to crank the timing on the motor to keep pace with the other fast guys on the mid sized carpet track.My 15 yr old also had a good night in mod sct running a 60a xerun esc with a 2950 Kv Tacon sensorless motor.He set TQ for the class,finished 4th in the main , which left him in 3rd for the points series.Just an all around good night at the races for the budget gear.
