Nrctc3 has it right on the money. Use yokomo shock caps they are about $3 for 2 of them. All you have to do is fill the shock up with oil and compress it to get excess oil out. Then simply screw in bleeder screw and you have perfect shocks. I use yokomo caps on my B4 as well. I have had good luck with mip seals it is possible they had a bad batch at one time.
