Warm up the engine and adjust idle using the LS (leaner=faster, richer=slower). Once you have this set put the car on the track and adjust the top end on the straight using the HS needle (so you are going to have to lean the HS.). Leaning the HS affects overall fuel delivery so it will bring up the idle, just richen the LS 1-2 hours, blip throttle, let come to idle and re-adjust if needed. Continue tuning the HS (and compensating for idle changes) until you have the top set where you like it. Do a final adjustment to the idle speed using the LS and your engine is tuned! Should take you less than 10 minutes to do!
