I found my answer you can but there's no need now days. Got some catching up to do. In the 90's I raced drag slot cars group 12's 27's we change the magnets (stronger, weaker ) as well as the cans ( open, closed ) and rotors same as to day, I think? I don't know much about brush-less motors yet. Can you change rotors in a brush-less motor?
