Are other brands really any better (just talking about quality, not progressiveness, feel, etc.) or is this just a case of tolerances not being tight enough so you get a good set of shocks, then a bad set?
Not sure since ive been an AE man since the late 80's and never driven much else..
Some swear by the Kyosho shocks, but it does only take a small piece of dirt or a slight nick on the shock shaft to destroy the O rings and they leak..
Mine leaked because i run on a track that is made on an old clay tennis court, so its very sandy clay..
Id say just buy a $2 set of O rings and just make sure your shafts arn't nicked and go again..
