Seriously. If you don't know what you want, $1500 will only buy you lot of expensive junk. spend $500 on good rtr, go to the track and race. Then in 3 months or 10 races whichever comes first, ask this question again.
X-Ray T1 FK is great car, but overkill for any beginner, that is like buying brand new Hayabusa having just gotten your motorcyle drivers licence. The poor poor Hayabusa.
