The issue is, that about halvway into a battery, I frequently get "throttle brownout" meaning that the car totally loses power, and stands there for a good 2-4 seconds(sometimes less). During this time I can control the steering servo.
The glitch does seem to start after the truck takes a hit, for example after landing a jump, and then continues to return on any stretch of the track.
When i run on a flat surface i can get to lvc without any issues. But when i mix in some jumping, the glitch comes a while into a battery.
I have a 3300uf voltage protector connected to the receiver.
The fact that i can control the wheels during the glitch leads me to believe that it is not a radio brownout, and that the problem is more inclined to come from the esc.
Any ideas?
Experiencing the EXACT same problem, but with a touring car!
Equipment = Tekin RS Pro, SANWA SRG-BLS, 451R Rx, 17.5T Ballistic motor.
Throttle Brown-out lasts only a couple of seconds and occurs mostly after a roll-over. Added a cap, ensured that all LVC's are off, changed motor/sensor wire....still happened.
I now changed ESC. Hoping that this will work.
Are you certain that cleaning the innards of the ESC was the solution?
Thanks!!
