It would be illegal but then you still have no way to to adjust the motor as you would still have to dremel out the back of the chassis and that would also be illegal. To bad they didn't make it with an adjustable motor mount, carbon fiber tub chassis with low sides ( kinda like the 04) because then the car would be even better than it already is.
im sure tamiya has that in the works already. my guess would be, they're testing out the waters with the car. if the sales are good, then they'll come out the aforementioned tub, adjustable motor mount, etc. then we'll have the TB-02R, then TB-02Pro, TB-02SS oh we already have this one!
