Have you tried getting it going yourself first? Start by looking up the stock carb settings for your motor, put in a fresh glow plug and fuel and give it a try. Theres lots of people on here that would be happy to try to help get you going.

advice over the phone is no different, if not worse, than asking here. And it's free. Most likely they will tell you to bring the car over, make it look hard, and charge you up
