Inventory is in real time, when you add something to your cart it will say backorder if its not in stock.
Unless someone walks in and buys something that didn't have time to be updated in the online stores database it should be correct.
We have orders in and out daily, if something is not in stock at that moment, chances are its already on a restock order or we can have it in 2-3 days
We can also dropship from several distributors to expedite orders depending on where you are geographically
