I'm using the aluminium shim only for 15% in my D5.

I've had to lean my mid-range needle and im also now playing with the pressure fitting on the pipe (not yet tested but ive moved the hole to forward of pipe) Seemed ok at my house but I need long straight to test.

BTW you using stock NTC3 pipe or RLogic D/THS pipe?
