Try ProgressiveRC.com and look at "The Ticket" combo. 350w power supply and the iCharger 206b. Charge's my 4s 5000mah @ 3.6c (18amps) and is very easy to operate.

I like it a lot. Excellent customer service from them in my experience as well.
