Like Zombies said the weight savings is not worth the amount of bearings that will be gone through at this smaller size. There have been plenty of cars out there have gone this route only to change to larger bearings just to get more life out of them. When the Schumacher SST 98 had bearings this size in its wheel hubs if you touched a wall or a board you would blow them out....then the next year they went to 5x10 bearings so they lasted longer.
